Recall & Reminders
Every patient leaves with their next visit already booked.
People rarely decide to stop going to the dentist. What happens instead is a six-month gap with nothing in it to prompt them, and then it has been two years and there is a reason to be embarrassed about it. The gap does the damage, not the decision.
So the next appointment is made before you leave, while you are still at the desk and the diary is open in front of you. It takes a moment and it removes the step where you would otherwise have to remember to ring us.
Closer to the date a reminder goes out by WhatsApp or email, whichever suits you. If the date no longer works by then, reply and we will move it — a rescheduled appointment is worth a great deal more to us than a missed one.
None of this is complicated. It is simply the difference between a practice that waits to be called and one that keeps track.
